Return / Exchange info
If you're looking to return your order for any reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your parcel. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment themselves. We have two warehouses, one in France and one in Ukraine. You can choose whichever location is more convenient for you to send the parcel back to. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
If you would like to initiate a RETURN, please complete the following steps:
1. Contact us at support@shapeofangel.com
2. Send all items back to the address you will receive from us and provide us with the tracking number.
If you would like to initiate an EXCHANGE, please complete the following steps:
1. Contact us at support@shapeofangel.com
2. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the provided label.
Exchanging products for a different size or another product is absolutely free. This can only be done once. Please ensure that the price of the product you wish to exchange for is equal to or greater than the original product, as we will not be able to refund any difference.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
— Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
— Returned items must have the original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
— We do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn, marked, stained, or damaged.
— For hygiene reasons, swimwear is non-refundable.
